So, you're going to elope.

About 45 minutes after my husband proposed to me, we started getting "whens the wedding" texts and calls from everyone and our Aunt Sally...

that's fuckin' awesome

Forget keeping up with the jones'. you're in a league of your own.

It is seriously one of the boldest decisions you can make to choose to do what you love over what your "supposed" to do.

when you decide to elope, your'e putting your relationship first. And setting the stage for always putting it first.

But, you're choosing experience over expectations.

When have you ever done it like everyone else?

Light that rule book on fire.
Do it your way.

Starting with getting married exactly the way you want to.

i seriously applaud you.

I absolutely love planning uniquely magical days for my couples. I want to capture everything from playing together in the breathtaking Colorado landscape to the quiet,  heartfelt moments of celebration and connection.

Jordann went above and beyond all expectations as a photographer! She was really a photographer, coordinator, and bestie all wrapped in one! My husband and I did a couples boudoir shoot the night before our elopement and if you haven’t done one, run don’t walk.

Working with her was so easy it really felt like I was there with a friend who was constantly hyping us up and making us feel great on our special day.

We had such a wonderful experience with Jordann for our wedding weekend!  From start to finish, everything felt easy, relaxed, and fun.

Jordann made everyone feel comfortable, kept things moving smoothly, and brought such a great energy to both days.

"From start to finish, everything felt easy, relaxed, and fun."

Sam & Kate

Both my partner and I struggle with being in front of the camera, but Jordann helped us through the whole thing, allowing us to be comfortable and get some amazing photos of a day we will never forget.
I already worked with her again to get some branding photos - my fav ever.

If you are considering Jordann, get in touch, she truly has a gift and will ensure you feel good throughout the process and you can trust her to capture the moments you want to reflect on forever.

"Working with Jordann was a dream".

Absolutely! The exact number of guests may be determined by the location you choose (ie National Parks) Usually we can accommodate up to 10-15 guests depending upon accessibility as well. It is very important to some couple to have a small number of their closest family and friends with them on their day.

Can we bring guests?

One of the great things about choosing to elope in Colorado is that the state does not require an officiant or any witnesses for you to be legally married! It can just be the two of you on the license, unless you want an officiant and/or witnesses. -PS your dog can be your witness in Colorado too!

Do we need an officiant and witnesses?

I've got all permits covered. The one location that needs extra planning, however, is Rocky Mountain National Park. We just need to be very proactive about applying for permitting or you gotta know your way around the permitting rules like I do ;)

What permits are required?

Your marriage license can be issued by any county in the state. It doesn't not need ot be issued by the same county you will have your ceremony in. You will need to be physically present at the county recorders office to be issued your marriage license. You can make an in -person appointment for most counties online. I'll make sure you have the right links!

Where do we get our marriage license?

Luckily, Colorado has a stellar record for sunshine. We get over 360 days per year of sun. That means it's highly unlikely your entire day will be yucky. But its up to you how we pivot! We can wait it out for a shift in weather, or we can go for it and embrace mother nature as she decides to show up!

What do we do in case of bad weather?
